For over thirty years, Community Health Centers has supplied distinctive well being care to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances. We provide group members entry to main and preventive health care, dental companies, and mental well being provided in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner. Many of our service providers are bilingual (Spanish) and we will arrange for translators of different languages.
In January 2009, the Office of Management and Budget formally published the 2010 Standard Occupational Classifications (SOC) listing within the Federal Register. The 2010 SOC features a distinctive occupational classification for Community Health Worker (SOC 21-1094).
